These guidelines are developed to assist in being able to serve members and requests from the public for usage of the American Legion building.
1. Rental fee is 125.00 per day or portion thereof.
2. A refundable deposit of 50.00 is added to insure against damage, sweeping & mopping as needed, and trash removal.
3. Loaning of tables and chairs is restricted to old tables and chairs only.
4. This building is designated as a Smoke Free facility.
The building custodian is Glenn Spivey. (252.448.4441 H) or (252.448.2176 W). Scheduling arrangements and access should be arranged in advance.
These guidelines may be amended as approved by the general membership.
